Welcome to the Octo Room – 3-to-4 year olds
During their time in the Octo Room our 3-to-4 year olds really begin to express their own thoughts, feelings, and decision-making abilities; this is fostered by providing opportunities each day for your child to make his or her own choices throughout the day. Children are also encouraged to reflect on those experiences during Recall Time, when they can be heard and always respected. This age is a delicate stage when an Octo is encouraged to voice opinions, and yet may still require guidance at times. Octos continue to learn how to appropriately make friends, and just as importantly, how to BE a friend. The Octos really just like to laugh and learn, and of course HAVE FUN!!!
